DISXERN Advisory is the independent advisory practice of Naretha Williams. Her career spans three decades across artistic practice, executive leadership, major festivals and events, arts and cultural organisations, local government, and the establishment and direction of independent companies and businesses. Naretha brings advanced creative, strategic and operational expertise, informed by sustained responsibility for ambitious projects in complex environments.
